What delivery service will my product be shipped through?
All of our products are shipped via FedEx.
Where can I track my order?
As soon as the product is shipped and we have received the tracking number, you will be emailed it with a confirmation. You can then track your packages by going to fedex.com/us/tracking/ and entering your number as directed.
Why haven't I received my tracking number yet?
Tracking numbers are only provided after the item has been confirmed as shipped. In some instances the confirmation is a bit delayed. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your tracking number.
How much will it cost me to ship the products?
Within the shopping cart, you have the ability to preview the total cost of your purchase including shipping prior to the final checkout. If using PayPal, add all of the items to the cart that you wish to purchase then click the PayPal's "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be shown to a login page. At the top of the login page there will be a link of "Calculate total order amount", click it and follow the instructions. For regular checkout enter customer data and update page.
